  4. Negative screen-center elevation angles now permitted; option to plot land
  5. features with AltAz projection; option added to show/occult objects below
  6. horizon in AltAz projection (includes clipping of sun & moon at horizon);
  7. star and land-feature plotting can be aborted by hitting escape; moon phase
  8. line not drawn if moon is < 5 or > 175 degrees from the sun; planets occulted
  9. by sun or moon are not plotted; individual options added to turn off proper
  10. motion, precession and nutation; map epoch selection moved to Star Catalogue
  11. Menu from Map Attributes Menu; distinction now made between map epoch and map
  12. equinox (both are inputs, and both are stored in .CFG); option to use epoch
  13. of date and equinox of date; bug: stars were being unintentionally refracted
  14. in polar and rectangular plots--corrected; if objects below horizon occulted,
  15. grid in Alt-Az plot stops at horizon; sign bug in displayed declination
  16. center for rectangular and polar plots (was always +) corrected; SATNAMES.DAT
  17. file no longer used (this prevents problems that occur when a satellite
  18. appears in EphemFile & not in SATNAMES); option added to plot solar system
  19. objects at their true angular size regardless of zoom; important submenu
  20. parameters now appear in Main Menu F1 thru F7; bug: planetary precession was
  21. being performed AFTER nutation and aberration, reducing precision--corrected;
  22. bug: nutation & aberration were being performed sequentially rather than
  23. together, reducing precision--fixed; Dashed halo removed from sun on laser
  24. printer output (looked silly); bug: if satellite not found in ephemeris file,
  25. you had to keep trying until you entered a name that WAS found--can now just
  26. hit return to get out; found significant sign error in equation for Jupiter's
  27. perturbations in mean longitude; fixed very small error in Jupiter's a3
  28. coefficient for eccentricity; RAMinMax routine added to find range of right
  29. ascension within the FOV for Alt-Az projection--now the entire star catalogue
  30. doesn't have to be read in, so star plotting is much faster; azimuth lines
  31. now extended all the way to the pole; satellite load status added to main
  32. menu; program changed so that it doesn't abort if it doesn't find elements
  33. for a satellite (i.e. it plots the ones it DOES find); satellite load status
  34. is color-coded in Satellite Menu: white means load has not yet been attempted,
  35. green represents a successful load, and red means elements not found; Alt-Az
  36. grid plotted much faster now through improved limit logic; declination bounds
  37. calculated for all map projections in order to speed up star plotting; option
  38. added to turn off plotting to HPGL file (speeds up program); warning appears
  39. in main menu if HPGL file already exists and will be overwritten.

  45. A bug in the precession logic caused precession NOT to be performed if the
  46. epoch being precessed TO was earlier than the epoch being precessed FROM.
  47. The EXE file has been compressed with PKLITE, Version 1.12; it may be
  48. expanded back to the original form with the command "PKLITE -x SKY32" or
  49. "PKLITE -x SKY32NC".
